MWU Safe Trick or Treat.

We love trick or treating at Shawn's school. We pulled Iva out of school early and headed over. The kids were in heaven and it was actually slightly not hot so they didn't over heat too much. Maybe next year we will get to have a cold Halloween and wear all our fuzzy costumes without sweating.

Halloween PJs

We love matching pjs in our house and love Halloween. We found the perfect Halloween ones this year at Walmart. I was amazed we were able to get them in the right size for everyone. Finding the pjs proved to be the easy part- getting a picture not so much.

Halloween PJs

We love our matching PJs, Mickey Mouse, and Halloween at the Catmull house. We combined all three and I love it. Love these goofy little goofs.

Halloween Decor

Charlie and Iva both thought our house was not spooky enough this year. Guess I will have to work on it for next year. These two love all things holidays. Their excitement makes celebrating worth it.

Happy Halloween

We had a great evening trick or treating even after a rough start to pictures. Iva walked the whole way. Henry walked the whole way. And Charlie was our lazy bones and rode in the stroller the whole way. But they all were so excited to get candy. Iva ate one piece and said she was good. Charlie and Henry ate more than half of their buckets and cried when we told them no more.

Halloween Package from Grandma and Grandpa

We received a fun little package from Grandma and Grandpa Catmull for Halloween. Iva, Charlie, and Henry loved it. I think I read the cute little stories a billion times. They sure are lucky to be so spoiled. Oh and the pumpkin stickers were a definite hit too.

Halloween Dance Recital

This little one has come a long, long ways since last dance session. She had her second recital and did a great job. She smiled a couple times and did all the dance moves. She was a little reserved, but she did it. We are so proud of her! Especially Charlie- as soon as the clapping ended, Charlie said "Iva's a winner." Yes indeed, she is.

Fall Festival

Iva had her first school party. It worked out perfectly that I could go volunteer while Charlie was in school and Henry was at a babysitter. It was so fun to spend some one on one time with Iva and see her in her school element. She is a rule follower. Her teacher said at one point "I doubt you will ever get in trouble, Iva". I hope she is right. I like my obedient little child. I did find out that she still hasn't talked to one of the teacher's aids since school started- it has been months. Funny girl.

MWU Safe Halloween

Midwestern's Safe Halloween is a family favorite. Trick or treating from building to building on campus, bouncy houses. candy, cookie decorating, and crafts- it doesn't get much better than that. It was really hot (like 90 degrees) so we recycled costumes for some that were a little cooler. The kids didn't seem to mind at all.
